MCV Middle School Learning Celebration
The following criteria will be used as a basis for attendance at the end of the quarter “Learning Celebration.”
· Meet AR Goal
· Meet Math Expectation (5th grade-Rocket math, 6th grade-math vocabulary)
o Specifics for these expectations will be outlined by the math teachers prior to the start of school.
· No Missing Work (This is not late work. Missing work is work that has not been turned in to the teacher.)
· No more than a tardy warning for the quarter (Tardy warning letters are mailed to parents. Tardies are checked weekly and letters are sent after the child has received 3 tardies. As a result of weekly checks, a student might actually receive the warning letter after a 4th or 5th tardy.)
